This FoodSafetyEDU.org audio describes and explains my linked Food Safety Manager's Certification "Crib Sheet" Study Guide. A one page resource sheet. I do want to add,.... that there is so much more information to know besides what I have on this Crib Sheet, and I'll be adding episodes and resources to cover the additional required information. I made this sheet a few years ago, but thought it might be helpful to some people now.

My intent and hope is that this audio/video format will help you understand the Food Safety Certification information a little better and help you to pass your ServSafe, NRFSP, or the NEHA-Prometric Exams and also help you train and control your staff.
