okay, I'll help if you really need me
Regardless of who you partner with for this service, you might want to share the below information with your employees to allow them time to become familiar with the course prior to the class date. The actual "words" used in the training books are the same "words" used in the test exam, so a bit of homework prior to the class will give everyone a much better chance of passing the test especially in Spanish, as dialects vary.
Here are the links and materials that I use for this service:
ServSafe "Food Handler" study/training booklet with test sheet included
I normally provide two hours of training, followed by a 40 question paper and pencil test (normally takes two to three weeks for results from Chicago)
- Spanish - https://www.servsafe.com/
access/SS/Catalog/ ProductDetail/EG6RSP10ASTM (my spanish is sufficient for this training "with" interaction and booklet) - English - https://www.servsafe.com/
access/SS/Catalog/ ProductDetail/EG6R10ASTM - Online training and test - https://www.servsafe.com/
access/SS/Catalog/ ProductDetail/SSECT6CA (both english and spanish, they can do at home with immediate results)

access/SS/Catalog/ ProductDetail/ESX7SPR (My spanish is possibly sufficient "with" interaction, Spanish books and Spanish videos) - English - https://www.servsafe.com/

**if you choose paper exams, I'll need three weeks advance notice to order and have shipped the exams from Chicago - National Restaurant Association**
I am attaching a free YouTube video link that has 6 ServSafe Food Safety Manager Course Videos that are meant to accompany the class and book training.
These are in English, however I do have a DVD disc in Spanish as well if necessary.
